Entry to Indonesia
All participants should ensure that their passport is valid for at least 6 months from their travel dates. Participants from countries that need visa are responsible for obtaining appropriate entry visas to Indonesia from a Indonesia diplomatic or consular mission at their point of origin or enroute to Indonesia. The invitation letter may also be regarded as a supporting document as evidence for visa purposes.
We will supply you with venue address if you need to be attached to the visa application. Participants are not provided with insurance; participants are expected to make their own arrangements for accident, illness and luggage insurance, if desired.
