Registration Information and Fee

Registration Type

Registration comprises of two categories regardless they are student, lecturers or professionals (see pricing table below). The categories are:

1. Paper presentation
2. Listener (participant)

How to register

In order to register for the Conference please create your account online and be sure to submit your registration. If you are participant-only (listener), you will be asked to pay using several payment methods we offer. We accept credit card using intermediary paypal.

If you are going to present, submit your full paper for review. We will then send review results from reviewer. Once revision has been made, submit camera-ready (final) full paper online along with submission of payment. Acceptance letter is issued at the latest two weeks after we receive your final full paper.

We often receive request presentation without publication, therefore the committee has agreed to launch Presentation without publication. Registration pricing fees follow the table below.

Payment Procedure

The easiest way to pay is using credit card via paypal. Listener can pay directly after they submit registration form. Oral presenter can pay after receiving paper review from committee and submit their camera-ready full paper. The exchange rate will adjust based on real time currency exchange converter used by paypal. The currency used is USD and we try our best to minimize discrepancy between the charge and the number on the above table. However, nor committee and host can be held for responsibility for such matter due to out of our boundary.

We also accept bank transfer. Please upload proof of payment on the payment form. Transfer fees shall be at charge of the sender, not the committee.
